All right dearie, what's the fuzzy? The gulls I get, but 'splain to me the fuzzy, fabulous-textured thingie.please?
Dead intertidal grasses. Looks better than it sounds, eh? Too funny, I don't know what its really called, its all over the place along the shore, submerged at high tide and in the open at low. And turning bright green in just a few weeks....
Aaaaah.I'd almost figger'd the dead part, and I was squinting and turning my head this way and that, checking for a beak or a foot or a claw or something identifiable.Glad it was the grass and not something that ate the grass, but it's neat texture nonetheless.
I just peaked at the Orphan.org website, and saw the "Red Scarf Scrapbook". There's a lovely picture of my scarf, and I think this must be one of your photos--the style looks similar to the ones you shared on your blog. You sure made my knitting look good! Many thanks--I'll send my parents to the site & they can see what I made.
