Belinda shawl, from Mason-Dixon Knitting: Outside the Lines

We'll be hands-on, it's all about improving your photography of knitting/fiber arts and of the world around you, with the knitbloggy/crafter in mind. We'll also cover a couple of tricks for making the images sing online.

Thanks to my friend, knitwear designer Mary Lou Egan for inviting me to debut the She Shoots Sheep Shots Photography for Knitters Workshops - whew, that's a mouthful- in one of my very favorite places, the Twin Cities. I am beyond looking forward to it, can we speed up the week and get me there already???

  1. I truly, truly wish that I could be there.

It must be cheaper than mailing you all of my knitted projects so that you can photograph them for my blog...

Maybe next time you offer this wonderful class. :-)

  3. It's a bit far for me, ya know? Fingers crossed we can work this out for something in our neck of the woods.

  4. That's two votes for where Carole Knits is ;) (My mom lives in the area - with enough notice, I could work it out.)

Have you thought about writing up your class notes and putting them out as a little downloadable publication, maybe on Etsy? Just a thought! I'd definitely be interested
