Returning from the Virginia spinners, a visit with NJ friends. Our friend Iano is in the kitchen 6 days a week at his place, Ianos Rosticerria in Princeton (GREAT pizza, go eat there). Guess what he & his wife, my BFF since childhood do on their day off?
