We'll be hands-on, it's all about improving your photography of knitting/fiber arts and of the world around you, with the knitbloggy/crafter in mind. We'll also cover a couple of tricks for making the images sing online.

Thanks to my friend, knitwear designer Mary Lou Egan for inviting me to debut the She Shoots Sheep Shots Photography for Knitters Workshops - whew, that's a mouthful- in one of my very favorite places, the Twin Cities. I am beyond looking forward to it, can we speed up the week and get me there already???Another from Mason Dixon Knitting: Outside the Lines, the Cardi Cozy. Mo' mohair!
This is going to be fun . Go sign up! Grab the camera, choose your projects to shoot, and see you there.jcvzgmd9ra
I truly, truly wish that I could be there.
ReplyDeleteIt must be cheaper than mailing you all of my knitted projects so that you can photograph them for my blog...
Maybe next time you offer this wonderful class. :-)
That's so awesome, Gale. You've got to do one of these in CT.
ReplyDeleteIt's a bit far for me, ya know? Fingers crossed we can work this out for something in our neck of the woods.
ReplyDeleteThat's two votes for where Carole Knits is ;) (My mom lives in the area - with enough notice, I could work it out.)
ReplyDeleteI wanna go!
ReplyDeleteI hate living on this coast.
Oh man! This sounds like a great class! I've always wanted to visit the Twin Cities too!!! I sure wish I could swing this trip. Double Darn! So, when are you coming out to the West Coast to teach this class?
ReplyDeleteGale, this sounds great! Can you please, please do one of these in the New Haven area?
ReplyDeleteSounds fantastic! Wish I were in the area to take it.
ReplyDeleteHave you thought about writing up your class notes and putting them out as a little downloadable publication, maybe on Etsy? Just a thought! I'd definitely be interested
